- assume含有比較強烈的武斷成分,往往意味著把一件尚未證實或尚存在意見分歧的事作為自己論斷的基礎。presume表示以過去經驗作根據或者是合乎邏輯地推測,一般是有充分的理由,雖然結論仍可能是錯誤的。suppose意義比較廣泛不定,有時僅用于陳述自己的意見,等于“想”,有時表示有一定的根據的“猜想”,沒有上面兩個詞所強調的意味。
